目的探讨凝溶胶蛋白(gelsolin,GSN)在胃癌和癌旁组织中的表达及与其临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法,检测28例胃癌组织中GSN表达情况。采用蛋白印迹法,检测12例胃癌组织及其对应癌旁组织中GSN表达情况。结果 GSN表达与胃癌肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、浸润程度、淋巴结有无转移密切相关(P〈0.05)。中低分化肿瘤GSN表达水平明显低于高分化肿瘤,晚期胃癌(Ⅲ+Ⅳ)中GSN表达水平明显低于早期胃癌(Ⅰ+Ⅱ),淋巴结转移患者GSN表达水平明显低于无淋巴结转移患者。结论胃癌组织中GSN表达水平明显下降,并随肿瘤进展及分化程度降低而下降,GSN在胃癌发生发展中可能起抑制作用。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the expression of GSN in gastric carcinoma and para-cancerous tissues and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of GSN was detected by immunohistochemistry in 28 cases of gastric carcinoma patients.Western blot was used to detect the expression of GSN protein in 12 cases of gastric carcinoma and para-cancerous tissues.Results The expression of GSN was significantly correlated with differential degree,TMN staging,serosal infiltration and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric carcinoma tissues(P0.05).The expression of GSN in poorly and moderately differentiated carcinoma was significantly lower than that in well-differentiated carcinoma;the expression of GSN in early gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in advanced gastric cancer,and the expression of GSN in patients with lymph nodes Metastasis was significantly lower than patients without lymph nodes metastasis.Conclusion There is a low expression of GSN in gastric carcinoma tissues,and the degree of the expression of GSN was closely associated with differential degree,TMN staging,serosal infiltration and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric carcinoma tissues,which indicated that GSN might play an inhibitory role in the progress of gastric carcinoma.
