消费者在新产品决策时不但受到其物质需求的影响,还受到心理需求的影响,对消费者心理需求的重视程度不够是导致新产品失败率居高不下的重要原因。本文从消费者心理需求角度讨论了影响消费者新产品决策的因素,认为社会心理需求和个体心理需求均会对消费者的新产品决策行为产生重要影响,企业在新产品开发时应当加以关注。
When making a new product decision, consumer will be impacted not only by their material needs but also by their psychological needs. Low pay attention to consumers' psychological needs is the one of most important reason to cause the high failure rate of new products. This paper discusses the progress of consumer new product decision from the perspective of the psychological needs, and believes that consumers' psycho- social needs and individual psychological needs will exert important effects on consumer new product decision, enterprises should pay attention to these needs when developing new products.
