自然疫源性疾病受气候及地形、地貌等地理景观要素影响常使发病具有空间相关性,使传统分析方法在其流行病学研究中的应用受到一定限制。空间分析可利用该类疾病具有的空间属性进行相应分析,弥补了传统流行病学方法的不足。本文基于地理信息系统软件,以建立的空间数据库为基础,从疾病时空分布、影响因素及传播风险预测3个方面,对空间分析方法在自然疫源性疾病流行病学研究中的应用及应注意的问题予以介绍。
Natural focus infection diseases,which are usually influenced by climate and geographical landscape elements such as landforms,often possess a specific property of spatial correlation and are not suitable for the analysis by traditional analytic methods.In this article we introduced spatial analytic methods that could be used in the epidemiologic studies for these diseases.Based on software of geographical information system and spatial database,several methods of spatial analysis focused on three dimensions of temporal and spatial distribution,influencing factors and epidemic prediction and their corresponding points were introduced here.
