陶瓷型太阳能板在换水时受到急冷温度变化易发生爆裂,严重影响正常使用。本文以正在使用的陶瓷型太阳能板为模型,利用UG软件按照1:1的比例建立三维实体模型,导入ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,模拟其在实际使用中所经历的热力学条件,进行了计算,分析陶瓷型太阳能板发生爆裂的力学原因,为进一步改进其结构提供依据。
All-ceramic solar collector is easier to crack, which affects its normal function severely, because it is under high-speed thermal change load in use. The three-dimensional model was built in UG software in the proportion of 1:1, and then imported to the ANSYS software. The ANSYS software analyzes the model of all-ceramic solar collector in finite element thermodynamic analysis and finds the cracked mechanical reasons.
