利用扫描电镜对高山红景天花粉进行了观察,结果表明:来自长白山与大兴安岭的高山红景天花粉的外形、大小较为接近,花粉表面纹饰均呈不规则排列,且纹饰间存在较大的间隙,但无孔隙;两种来源的高山红景天花粉表面纹饰的分叉与交叉的程度则存在较大的差异,来自长白山的花粉表面纹饰分又与交叉情况比来自大兴安岭的花粉更为复杂,这些花粉表面微观形态的差异将为高山红景天种质资源来源的鉴定提供依据。
The observation result of pollen morphology of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor under SEM showed that the pollen shape and size of R. sachalinensis from Daxing'an Mountain and Changbai Mountain are similar. The ektexine ornamentations of pollens arrange irregularly, and large clearance exists among the ektexine ornamentations, but no holes were found. The degrees of bifurcation and crossover of ektexine ornamentations on the pollen surface of the two sources of R. sachalinensis are different, and pollens came from Changbai Mountain are more complicated compared with those came from Daxing' an Mountain. The differences in microscopic morphology of pollen surface provide a new evidence for identifying R. sachalinensis.
