该文用2005—2013年我国东、中和西部26个省（市、自治区）规模以上工业企业的相关数据,建立面板数据计量模型,基于商务成本视角,对企业迁移的区位选择影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明：（1）由商业设施及土地成本和劳动力成本为主构成的要素成本是我国规模以上工业企业迁移区位选择决策的主要影响因素,且呈正向影响关系;（2）交易成本及其构成要素对规模以上工业企业迁移区位选择的影响具有差异性。从全国范围来看,规模以上工业企业迁移的区位选择更倾向于研发能力强、基础设施好、政府运作效率和信息化程度高的地区;从东部区域内部看,企业更关注区域信息化程度、政府运作效率和研发能力;从中西部区域内部看,基础设施、信息化程度和政府运作效率对规模以上工业企业迁移的区位选择影响明显。该文的主要贡献是：分析了商务成本对企业迁移区位选择的影响机理,并通过构建面板数据模型进行实证研究提出了相应政策建议。

英文摘要：

Based on the perspective of business costs, the paper makes the empirical research on corporate relocation location selection affecting factors by establishing panel data econometric models by using large-scale industrial enterprises data of 2005--2013 the eastern, central and western 26 provinces, municipalities and au- tonomous regions. The results show that ： （ 1 ） factor costs that are composing of commercial facilities and land costs and labor costs are main affecting factors on location selection of large-scale industrial enterprises reloca- tion, and show a positive impact on relationships ; （2） Transaction costs affecting large-scale industrial enterpri- ses relocation have a difference. From the view point of the nation, location choice of large-scale industrial en- terprises migration tends to move areas of R ＆ D ability, good infrastructure, government operations efficiency and information technology with a high degree, from the view point of the the eastern region, more concerned a- bout the level of regional information, government operations efficiency and R＆D capabilities, from the view point of the Midwest region, infrastructure, regional information and government operations efficiency affecting on the location choice of large-scale industrial enterprises relocation is significant. Main contribution of the pa- per is to analyze mechanism of business costs affecting large-scale industrial enterprises relocation, and to es- tablish panel data model and propose policy recommendations.
