以3,4-二羧酸吡啶,CuPeTS和TiO2为原料,在90℃油浴条件下制备出了通过PD链接半导体纳米TiO2与敏化剂磺酸酞菁铜的化学键合型酞菁改性纳米TiO2;其紫外可见光谱和红外区漫反射谱分析分别表明,该化学键合型酞菁改性纳米TiO2在可见光内具有较强吸收和其分子结构。通过对甲基橙溶液的光降解实验证实其催化活性,辅助的光生电流实验和酞菁敏化ZrO2降解甲基橙实验确认其光催化活性来自于酞菁。
Chemically bonded copper phthalocyanine tetrasulfonate with TiO2 photocatalyst are prepared and characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). Strong absorption and photocatalysis capability in visible wavelength were observed. Through designed photovoltaic and CuPc-ZrO2 experiments, it is proved that such photocatalysis properties originated from sensitization of CuPcTs.
