以硅胶负载Co—Ce—B为催化剂,通过催化NaBH,在乙醇中醇解生成氢气来处理利用乙醇废液。研究了催化剂的量、反应温度和乙醇浓度对NaBH4醇解产氢速率的影响。结果表明:产氢速率随着催化剂的量增加而增加;随着温度的升高,产氢速率逐渐增快,根据醇解反应动力学方程,计算得反应活化能为镐.54kJ/mol;随着乙醇浓度的增加,产氢速率逐渐增加,当乙醇质量分数为90%时,产氢速率达0.417L/(min·g)。
Silicon dioxide-supported Co- Ce- B catalyst is prepared and then used in treatment of ethanol wastewater along with the hydrogen generation. The effects of catalyst amount, reaction temperature and ethanol concentration in the wastewater on the hydrogen production rate, in the alcoholysis process of sodium borohydride (NaBH4), are investigated. The results show that the hydrogen production rate increases gradually when the catalyst amount rises. In addition, along with the increase of temperature, the hydrogen production rate increases remarkably. According to the kinetics equation for the alcoholysis of NaBH4, the activation energy is calculated to be 48.54 kJ/mol. The effects of the ethanol concentration on the hydrogen production rate are the same as that of reacting temperature. When the ethanol concentration stays at 90%, the hydrogen production rate arrives at 0.417 L/(min·g).
