吸收能力理论是近十几年来组织学习领域的一个研究热点。已有的文献主要集中在以下三个方面:(1)吸收能力概念本身的定义与操作化;(2)吸收能力对知识转移和组织学习、创新和组织绩效的影响;(3)影响吸收能力的相关前因变量的探讨。本文以此为主线,对国外有关这一课题的主要研究成果进行了总结与评述.并针对这一研究领域内存在的不足,提出了若干后续的研究建议。
Since Cohen and Levinthal advanced the concept of absorptive capacity (ACAP) as firm's ability to value, assimilate and use the external knowledge to the commercial ends, researchers have used the new construction to explain various organizational phenomena. During this course, there are three main streams in the related issues: (1) extension and reconstruction of the ACAP concept;(2) investigating the roles what ACAP plays in the daily operation of firms; and (3) clarifying the factors which influence the firms to build up their ACAP. In this paper, we review some primary literatures in the related fields and advanced several research agenda for future studies.
