In order to solve the problems that the index of coal and gas outburst frequently overrun, the excavating velocity of coal drift is slow in low permeability coal seams, comes up the technique of deep hole presplitting blasting. The results show that after using this technique at 1805 working face in Wulunshan coal mine, mine production efficiency was greatly improved, the fast and safe excavating was realized.
