基于对铁路机车司机的访谈和调查,设计铁路机车司机工作压力源及工作压力衡量指标问卷,并根据调查数据构建中国铁路机车司机工作压力量表。运用因子分析方法和统计分析软件SPSS提取特征值大于1的因子,并将具有相同本质的条目与之归并,构造出工作压力影响因子并命名。研究结果表明,中国铁路机车司机的工作压力主要来自工作环境、工作负荷、角色冲突、组织管理、管理行为、事业发展、人际关系、工作与家庭8个方面;衡量工作压力的大小主要通过生理反应、心理反应、行为反应和自我调节能力体现。通过对调查数据信度和效度检验,表明结论有效、可信。
This paper designs the questionnaire of locomotive drivers' occupational stressors and the occupational stressors' measurements by means of investigation and study. It also builds the occupational stressors' scale of Chinese locomotive drivers, which is based on the investigation data. Furthermore, this paper extracts the factors whose eigenvalues are more than one and merges the same essential items in the way of factor analysis and SPSS, finally constructs and names the impact factors of locomotive drivers' occupational stress on the foundation. According to the research results, Chinese locomotive drivers' occupational stress comes from eight aspects, including working environment, workload, role conflicts, organization management, administration behavior, career development, human relations, work and family. The occupational stress is measured in aspects of physiological reaction, psycho-reaction, behavior reaction and self-regulating ability. The result is effective and reliable by testing investigation data reliability and gathering validity of the research results.
