英文摘要：
Based on the perspective of Knowledge Potential （KP）, issues in knowledge diffusion of enterprise technology innovation cooperation are studied in this article. Basic concepts about the KP are firstly defined, and then the knowledge diffusion conditions between knowledge entities are discussed with the description of knowledge diffusion function （KPF） being given at the same time. Afterwards, the key factors that constitute KP and the interacting between them are also analyzed. Finally, the influential factors of knowledge diffusion between knowledge entities are further analyzed.
