This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of experimental and technical staff. In terms of the specific conditions of Guangxi Normal University, most of the lab personnel have low academic qualifications and are at older age. It also discusses on how to build up an experimental team of high quality： to arouse the staff＇s enthusiasm, and to establish the reasonable standard of choosing professors. We should also make an overall plan and take the developing trend into consideration.
