体育教育专业人才培养方案改革是专业发展的核心问题之一。运用文献资料法和案例法,介绍并分析了华中师范大学体育教育专业基于教师专业标准的2013版人才培养方案的改革与实验过程。研究指出:从“指导方案”到“专业标准”的参照转换是体育教育专业课程改革的可行路径之一。其具体内容包括:以“拓展学生自由学习空间”为理念的方案结构调整,以“专业课程信息化建设与研究型教学模式推广”为主导的课程大纲改变,以“效率提升”为标志的教育实践环节强化以及以“助推核心竞争力生成”为核心的多元平台创设。
The reform of P.E. talents-training program is one of the core issues of professional development. Using the methods of literature study and case analysis, this paper analyzes the reform process of P. E. Talenvtraining Program (2013) based on professional standard of physical education teachers at Central China Normal University. The results showed that the emphasis from providing guidelines to professional standard was obvious. Specifically, program structure was adjusted to encourage the students autonomous learning. Information technology and research-based teaching model were dominant. The teaching practice should be strengthened to improve efficiency, and a pluralistic platform should be established with the purpose of boosting the core competitiveness.
