SmCo2:17型合金由于在高温方面有着优越的磁性能,在微波通讯技术、航空航天、国防工业、交通运输业等很多领域有着广泛的应用。最近又提出了最高工作温度高于400℃的要求,对2:17型SmCo永磁体提出了新的挑战。综述了烧结2:17型SmCo合金的矫顽力机制及成分和工艺对矫顽力的影响,介绍了2:17型SmCo永磁体的应用情况及其发展趋势。
Because 2 : 17-type SmCo permanent magnet owns excellent magnetic properties, it has been widely applied in many fields such as microwave communication, aviation, traffic transport etc. Recently the maximal temperature of application for magnets is required to be higher than 400℃, which result in 2 : 17-type SmCo permanent magnet meeting new challenge. The coercivity mechanism of SmCo sintered magnets and the influence of component and technology on the coercivity are reviewed in this article,and the application and developing trend are also introduced.
