汽车覆盖件是刚性较差的冲压件,在对它进行检测时,装夹方案时检测质量有着至关重要的影响。该文章以减小覆盖件检测部位的最大形变量为目标,时尾灯总成这一典型覆盖件的其三种装夹方案进行了分析。在“N-2-1”定位原理以及夹具优化设计的基础上,采用UG软件中结构分析功能进行有限元分析,计算出一定装夹力作用下被检测部位在不同装夹方案下的形变量,通过比较形变的大小得出一种优化的检具装夹方案,并有效的验证了该方案的可行性。
Automobile panel stamping is less rigid, and the fixture scheme has important influence on the quality detection in its detection. In order to reduce the maximum deformation of covering part, it puts forward three kinds of fixture scheme of the typical automobile taillight assembly panels. Basing on the "N-2-1" principle and optimization of fixture design and UG structure analysis module, using finite element analysis function, calculating the deformation of detecting position in a certain clamping force deformation under various clamping schemes, an optimized fixture clamping scheme is obtained, effectively validate the feasibility of the scheme.
