目的对铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)分子生物学研究进展进行综述。方法查阅国内外相关文献并归纳和总结。结果铁皮石斛分子生物学的研究主要包括3个方面:现代分子标记技术在铁皮石斛分子鉴定中应用;铁皮石斛及其近缘种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系研究;以解析植物生长发育和代谢调控为目标的cDNA文库构建及功能基因克隆分析。结论铁皮石斛分子生物学研究取得了可喜成绩,为该珍稀濒危药用植物的生长发育、代谢调控,以及种质资源的合理开发、利用与保护提供分子基础。
OBJECTIVE To review the current progress in molecular biology research of Dendrobium officinale. METHODS Relevant literatures were reviewed and analyzed. RESULTS The molecular biology research of D. officinale mainly include three aspects : application of modern molecular maker technique in D. officinale authentication, genetic diversity and phylogenetic analysis of D. officinale and the closely related Dendrobium species, and construction of cDNA library followed by gene clone study for the sake of dissecting plant growth and metabolism regulation mechanism. CONCLUSION Great achievements have been made on molecular biology research of D. officinale. The findings will be useful for further elucidation of the plant growth and development, metabolic regulation, along with the appropriate exploration, utilization, and conservation of D. officinale germplasm.
