具有真实感的心脏解剖模型对临床试验、基础研究和手术规划都具有重要应用价值。Fontan手术是治疗先天性心脏病的常见手术,正确理解手术部位的几何形态对手术结果至关重要,传统的Fontan手术只能依靠医生的经验和二维切片在术前进行判断。心脏及其管道系统的三维重建模型,将有助于医生在术前直观心脏几何结构,客观地、定量地对手术进行规划。本文利用Amira4.1.1软件对美国数字人的心脏切片图进行了三维重建,获得了心脏表面、内部及相关血管的立体结构,对Fontan手术以及其他心血管手术规划都有着重要意义。
A realistic anatomical model of heart is necessary to clinical experiments, basic research and surgical planning. Fontan operation is a common operation used to treat congenital heart diseases, and it is of great importance to correct understanding geometric configuration of heart and blood vessels. Basically, Fontan operation is planed through experiences and slice images. However, according to 3D models, a surgery plan can be made objectively and quantitatively. In this thesis, a heart model and its blood vessels system, which provide great value for Fontan and other surgeries of heart, are reconstructed by a series of digital images from the visible human project.
