文章以谢桥煤矿近距离煤层下层煤13116首采工作面为例,通过对近距离煤层开采过程中,工作面及上下顺槽的矿压观测,分析了近距离下部煤层的矿压显现特征、顶板运移规律、液压支架的性能和对该煤层顶底板的适应性及控制效果。并利用工作面的现场观测数据,进行数据拟合,对初次来压和周期来压期间支架载荷特征、工作面顺槽超前支承压力分布规律等进行了较为系统的分析,为后期开采上部8^#煤层积累了经验。
Taking the first coal face 13116 of the below 6^# coal seam in Xieqiao Coal Mine as an example, the paper analyzes the regularity of strata behavior of fully mechanized working face, the law of overburden strata movement, the performance and adapt ability of hydraulic support through observing the pressure appearance in the course of the mining for close distance coal seams. Meanwhile, making use of observation data of scene in working face of close distance coal seams, the characteristic of support load during first and periodic weight of the main roof was studied. The abutment pressure distribution of roadway was analyzed. All these supply valuable experiences for extracting 8^# coal seam.
