设计了一种使用摆线内啮合转子为计量元件的容积式流量计。该结构流量计具有耐高压,结构简单、精度高,大流量时压力损失小等优点。设计了摆线转子流量计样机,搭建了实验平台对其性能进行测试,给出了其流量系数曲线,并对影响容积式流量计精度的原因进行了分析。针对产生测量误差的原因,提出了对流量系数进行线性补偿的方法来修正计量结果。结果表明,通过修正后实验样机对1~100 L/min的流量在31.5 MPa以下的计量精度可达±0.3%。
The measurement of the flow rate of various liquids and gases is critical in industrial automation. Positive displacement flowmeters (PDFs) are highly accurate flowmeters that are relatively insensitive to the upstream velocity distribution and fluid viscosity. This paper presents a high-pressure PDF containing a pair of internal cycloid rotors, with the advantages of large displacement, compact structure, high accuracy and small pressure loss. Flow coefficient curve of the prototype fabricated as the part of this research is given, and the reasons influencing the accuracy of the PDF are analysed deeply. In order to further improve the accuracy, the flow coefficient is corrected by linear function. Several experiments were performed to confirm the measurements over a flow range of 1 - 100 L/min with relative errors of less than 0. 3%.
