Based on the panel data of 30 provinces （cities/districts） from 1997 to 2013, the social network analysis is applied to ana- lyze characteristics of spatial association of regional agricultural TFP. The result shows that ： In the whole level, the regional agricuhural TFP growth has a significant spatial correlation, the contact between regions is general and robust with the total amount of 115 ; Accord- ing to regional perspective, the Chinese agricultural regions can be divided into four functional plates which is ＂net overflow plate＂, ＂two-way overflow plate＂, ＂the main benefit plate＂ and ＂the broker plate＂ ; From the transfer mechanism of spill, the ＂net overflow plate＂ and ＂two-way overflow plate＂ play the role of the engine in the entire technology spillovers, and dominate the overflow process, while ＂broker plate＂ acting as a ＂＇ bridge＂ .
