现代社会随着工程项目日益复杂、劳动力成本不断上升、以及多技能员工成为培养趋势,员工调度和项目管理相结合的问题已经被越来越多的学者研究,但是,将员工的学习效应结合进来的不多,建立一个非线性规划模型来对此类问题进行求解,并将员工的学习效应考虑进来,目标函数是最小化外包员工所花费用,用遗传算法来进行计算,并用多组数据进行了实验来对本文提出的算法进行验证。
In modern society, with increasingly complex projects and rising labor costs, multi-skilled employees be- come much more important. Project management combined with workforce scheduling has been researched by more and more scholars, but few of them considering staff learning effect. This article attempts to establish a nonlinear programming model to solve such problems involves learning effect. The objective function is to minimize outsourc- ing staff costs incurred, using genetic algorithms to calculate and conducted experiments with multiple sets of data to validate the proposed algorithm.
