采用问卷调查的方法,对胶东半岛区域科技人才流动的意愿以及流动的影响因素进行调查,研究发现,年龄、管理风格和工作条件与科技人才流动意愿强度呈负相关;档案管理、户籍制度、信息共享、法律保护、经济环境、社会保障和政府服务与科技人才流动意愿强度呈正相关。其中,档案管理、户籍制度、法律保护、经济环境等因素对科技人才流动意愿的影响较大。
This article investigates the desire of the talent flow and the factors which influence the talent flow in regions. This paper analy- zes the influential factors with spss 16. 0 statistical software, therefore, concludes the "Intensity equation of the flow desire". The results show that there exists negative linear relationship between the age, management style, working conditions and the intensity of the talent flow desire, positive linear relationship between file management, information sharing, household registration system, legal protection, economic environment, government service, and the intensity of the talent flow desire. Among these factors, the file management, house- hold registration system, legal protection and the economic environment have greater impact on the talent flow desire.
