采用承重撞击器颗粒物采样系统在国内某燃煤电厂4#锅炉进行颗粒物采集,采样点包括选择性催化还原(SCR)入口、静电除尘器(ESP)入口和烟气脱硫(FGD)入口。对采集的颗粒物的质量粒径分布特性和无机成分分布特性进行研究,结果表明相较于SCR入口,ESP入口处PM0.2~10的量减少24.45%,但主要减少超微米颗粒物;该锅炉ESP的效率很高,对PM0.2~1.0、PM0.2~2.5和PM0.2~10的脱除率分别达到99.52%、99.64%和99.79%;S在各采样点浓度差异明显,Al、Si的差异主要体现在亚微米颗粒物,Na、Ca浓度几乎不变;FGD入口,PM0.2~1.0中各无机元素的排放总量分别为:Na 0.03mg/m^3、Ca 0.19mg/m^3、Al 0.11mg/m^3、Si 0.26 mg/m^3和S 0.08mg/m^3。
The gravimetric impacter(DGI) sampling system was applied to particulate matter(PM) sampling in the 4# boiler of a coal-fired power plant in China.The sampling sites include the inlet of selective catalytic reduction(SCR),the inlet of electrostatic precipitator(ESP) and the inlet of flue gas desulphurization(FGD).The mass particle size distribution characteristics and the composition of PM were analyzed,and the results indicate that comparing to the inlet of SCR,the amount of PM decreases by 24.45 % at the inlet of ESP,and the effect is mainly on supermicron PM.The efficiency of ESP of this boiler is very high,and the collection efficiencies of PM0.2~1.0,PM0.2~2.5 and PM0.2~10 are 99.52 %,99.64 % and 99.79 % respectively.The concentration of S varies significantly at different sampling sites,and that of Al or Si only change in submicron PM.The concentrations of Na and Ca nearly exhibit no change.The emissions of Na,Ca,Al,Si and S in PM0.2~1.0 at the inlet of FGD are 0.03mg/m^3,0.19 mg/m^3,0.11mg/m^3,0.26mg/m^3 and 0.08mg/m^3 respectively.
