底泥扰动对藻类去除效果影响的研究

研究了城市河道中底泥扰动对藻类的去除效果,分析了其对后继混凝沉淀工艺的影响。结果表明,底泥扰动可以提高叶绿素a的去除率,第1次扰动后,叶绿素a去除率达到65%。对照试验上覆水中叶绿素a和藻类活性均明显高于底泥扰动试验。底泥扰动对溶解性磷酸盐(DIP)和氨氮也有一定的去除效果。底泥扰动预处理后,混凝工艺对叶绿素a的去除率平均达到91.82%,明显高于无底泥预处理的73.90%。与未扰动预处理相对比,扰动预处理后,混凝工艺对叶绿素a去除率提高了10%。这说明对于除藻而言底泥扰动与混凝工艺之间具有协同作用。

英文摘要:

Effect of sediment disturbance on algae removal and its impact on the subsequent coagulation and sedimentation process were investigated in laboratory. The results show that the sediment disturbance could in-crease the Chla removal. After the first disturbance, the Chl-a removal was up to 65%. The Chla concentration and the algae activity in the overlying water under sediment disturbance were obviously higher than that in the control. In addition, the sediment disturbance could also promote the removal of the dissolved inorganic phospho-rus(DIP) and ammonia. After the sediment disturbance, the Chl-a removal was up to an average of 91.82% by coagulation and sedimentation, which is higher than that without the sediment disturbance(average of 73.90%).The removal of Chla by the coagulation and sedimentation with sediment disturbance is increased by 10% than that without sediment disturbance. It is suggested that the sediment disturbance cooperates with the algae removal of the coagulation.
