湖泊湿地具有多种功能,孕育着丰富的自然资源,是非常宝贵的自然财富.随着社会经济的快速发展和对湖泊的开发利用,导致了湖泊生态系统面临重大挑战.为实现湖泊科学化、法制化管理,湖泊功能分析与评价势在必行.结合湖泊系统生态服务功能价值评估方法和改进的层次分析法,建立湖泊湿地功能分析评价模型,并以湖北省长湖为应用实例,结果表明:长湖生态系统各项功能的重要性排序为:支撑功能〉调节功能〉美学功能〉供给功能;影响指标重要性排序为:涵养水源价值〉均化洪水价值〉旅行休闲价值〉水量供给价值〉生物多样性维持价值〉固碳释氧价值〉蒸腾吸收价值〉水质净化价值〉科研价值〉物质生产价值.此项研究可为湖泊功能定位、开发、管理和保护提供依据,以促进湖泊资源的可持续利用和湖区经济的可持续发展.
Lake has a variety of functions, of rich natural resources; it is a very valuable natural wealth. With the rapid development of social economy and the development and utilization of lakes, this led to the lake ecological system facing a great challenge. In order to realize the scientific and legal management of lakes, lake function analysis and evaluation is imperative. In this paper, combining with lake ecosystem service values evaluation method and the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a lake function eval- uation model is established and applied to the changhu Lake in Hubei province. The results show that: the order of functions of Changhu Lake ecological system is support function 〉 regulation function 〉 aesthet- ic function 〉 supply function; and the order of impact index is water conservation 〉 flood control 〉 leis- ure tourism 〉 water supply 〉 biological diversity maintenance 〉 carbon fixation and oxygen release transpiration endothermic 〉 water purification 〉 research and education 〉 substance production. The study was not only provide a reference to lake function orientation and evaluation, development, manage- ment and protection, but also promote the sustainable use of lake resources and economy of the lakes.
