介绍了一种基于超声信号的轴承润滑状态监测与故障识别的方法。通过对不同润滑状态下轴承发出的超声信号特征的提取和分析,研究基于超声信号轴承润滑状态监测与故障诊断的可行性。试验结果显示超声信号幅值直方图可以反映轴承的润滑状态;超声信号幅值与轴承故障程度呈线性关系;不同故障状态下超声信号的特征分析显示有效值和排序熵可以作为特征用于轴承故障的自动识别。
A condition monitoring and fault identification method based on ultrasound signal bearing lubrication is introduced. By extracting and analyzing of the emitted ultrasonic signal characteristics under different lubrication bearing, the feasibility of bearing lubrication condition monitoring and fault diagnosis based on the ultrasonic signal is studied. Experimental results show that the initial failure of the bearing can be identified by the histogram of the ultrasonic signals and the extent of the fault can be determined by the amplitude of the ultrasonic signals. The comparative analysis of the various features of the ultrasound signal shows that the RMS and PE are the suitable features which can be used for the automatic identification of bearing failure.
