提出了一种新式的无缆驱动磁致伸缩惯性冲击电机,该电机以Terfenol-D悬臂梁作为驱动元件,能实现较低驱动磁场下的步进动作。此外,对电机的结构和工作原理进行了分析,并根据电机结构建立了动力学模型,最后通过实验验证了所提出的模型。实验结果表明,电机的工作频率为5~45 Hz,最小步长为0.38μm,电机运动精度较高,且实现了无缆驱动。
A novel magnetostrictive impact inertia impact motor without driving cable was presented. The proposed mo- tor was driven by two Terfenol-D cantilever beams, and can performance step motion under low excitation magnetic field. In addition, the structure and working principle of the motor was analyzed, and the dynamic model was established accord- ing to the motor structure. Finally, the model was verified by experiments. And the experimental results show that the oper- ating frequency of the motor is 5 ~ 45 Hz, the minimum step size is 0.38 μm, the motor has higher precision and can be driven without cable.
