The flower department trait and pollen germination character of the Pulsatilla chinensis are studied by field observeing and indoor trials. The study shows that florescence of Pulsatilla chinensis is about 20 days and its single flower flo-rescence is about 10 days. The flower department character is different , the opening entire corolla diameter is 3-5 cm approximately. The number of the pistil and the stamen are also different, The stamen number is from 240 to 350 and the pistil number is from 164 to 340. In the identical flower, the length of pistil is the same, but the length of stamen is different, a stamen closer flower base is shorter. There are non normal stamens at the flower base, their pollen quantity few. In each anther, the pollen number is from 1 630 to 2 660. The rate of pollen germination arrives at the highest value in 24 hours after flower opening. The bract morphological change is very notable, nine kinds of different models are found.
