Following the comprehensive management requirements of social security in the capital bycentral and Beijing municipal governments,the construction of three-dimensional public security prevention andcontrol system in Beijing has achieved fruitful results and remarkable achievement.However,compared withthe new situation,mission and requirements the capital faces in the new period,there are still many vulnerablelinks and problems.It is required to further improve the three-dimensional public security prevention and controlsystem of the capital so as to provide strong guarantee for the construction of safe Beijing.
