本文引入合作博弈理论,根据文化与科技融合中存在的合作提出问题,结合动态合作、利益分配引入,构建博弈模型,分析互补企业之间的竞合关系。研究结果表明:文化与科技融合中的互补关系需要注重其中的刚力、柔力和合作模式。多个企业行动主体合作获得收益大于不合作所得的利益是文化与科技融合新业务开展的理论基础。为保证文化与科技融合的深入开展,必须分析和解决哪些冲突,通过一些有效的刚性或柔性、定性或定量的方案去促进文化与科技融合行动主体间的合作。
New businesses of culture and technology integration are resource complementarities. We introduce the complementary theory to construct game mode to research the coopetition relationship among complementary firms combined with dynamic cooperation and benefit distribution. The results show that rigidity, flexible force and cooperation mode should be pay high attention to understand the complementary relationship in culture and technology integration. The bigger cooperative benefit of several firms is the theory basis of new business development. In order to assure the deep development of culture and technology integration, analyze and solve the conflict is necessary, and promote the cooperation among firms by a series of effective scheme which is rigid or flexible, qualitative or quantitative.
