黏弹性阻尼器是一种典型的被动控制装置,它是通过黏弹性材料的剪切滞回耗能起到提高结构阻尼和减小结构地震或风振响应的目的.根据2012年颁布的《建筑消能阻尼器》(JG/T 209-2012)对黏弹性阻尼器出厂检验的要求,对将应用在南京大报恩寺新塔项目上的3个某新型材料黏弹性阻尼器进行了性能试验,评价的项目包括外观质量、尺寸偏差、最大阻尼力、表观剪切模量、损耗因子、滞回曲线和表观剪应变极限值.试验结果表明,该种阻尼器具有良好的力学性能,满足中国规程的相关要求,可以应用于建筑结构抗震及抗风设计.
Viscoelastic (VE) damper is a kind of typical passive damping device which will produce hysteret- ic shearing deformation, so as to improve the structural damping ratio and reduce the structural responses dur- ing earthquake or wind-induced vibrations. In this paper, three viscoelastic dampers with advanced material, which will be used in the new tower project of Nanjing Da Bao~n Temple, are tested to evaluate their perform- ance for sampling inspection according to Chinese standard Dampers for Vibration Energy Dissipation of Build- ings (JG/T 209---2012) issued in 2012. The performance evaluation on VE dampers included appearance quality, dimension deviation, maximum damping force, pseudo-shear modulus, loss factor, hysteresis curves and ultimate value of pseudo-shear modulus. It is concluded that the VE dampers have good performances, meet the requirements of Chinese standard and could be used in eneineering stnlctures.
