滨海旅游业是旅游经济发展的一个关键领域,旅游资源的评价是滨海旅游开发的基础。针对以往滨海旅游资源综合评价中存在的问题,诸如没有能够很好突出滨海旅游资源的特点和吸纳海洋科学的成果;较少突出水体—沙滩类旅游资源;资源开发潜力评价较少,缺乏观测指标;较少借鉴国外的先进经验等。本研究在吸纳了海洋科学的研究成果,结合海洋观测资料和滨海旅游资源调查大量数据,构建了两层次定量评价方法,从旅游资源的开发价值和潜在开发价值两个方面,针对三类旅游资源分别建立评价指标。评价过程中,应用SPSS软件和ARC VIEW软件,采用聚类和空间分析的方法,对旅游资源开发价值和潜在开发价值的空间分布、组合进行了定量研究,为科学、客观地进行旅游资源评价提供了一个可能的途径。

英文摘要：

Coast is the vital area of tourism in developing countries and evaluation of coastal tourism resource is the base of the industry.For there are some flaws in holistic evaluation foregone,such as 1） not emphasizing adequately the characteristics of Coastal tourism resource or introducing into oceanographical production;2） not giving fully importance to recreational beach;3） less research in potential value for development of tourism resource;4） not introducing foreign advanced method,doubule stratum method is established to evaluate coastal tourism resource through the value and latent value for development,applied many results and observations of oceanographical research and combined data from field.And three evaluation frameworks are built respectively for the three types of coastal tourism resources,nameliy eco-tourism resource,humanistic tourist resource and recreational beach.In this paper,the distribution and combination of tourism resource value and latent value for development are discussed and a quantitative method is presented here to evaluate the coastal tourism resource scientifically and objectively,with SPSS and ARC VIEW software,through cluster and spatial analysis instrument.
