混凝土的宏观性能指标与内部细观结构紧密相关,探寻混凝土细观结构参数与宏观性能指标及其破坏特性之间的关系一直是多领域关注的热点问题。基于CT断层扫描技术观测混凝土内部细观结构并通过数字图像处理技术和提取细观参数构建宏细观结合的混凝土分析模型是近年来颇受关注的新途径。综述了目前国内外基于CT扫描与数字图像处理技术进行混凝土宏细观建模的相关研究进展,提出细观结构探测、数字图像处理以及宏细观建模的关键问题和发展方向。
Macroscopic characteristics of concrete are closely correlated to its internal microstructures. In recent years more and more researches are focused on the effect of the microstructures of concrete on its macroscopic properties and failure mechanism.Macro/meso modeling and analysis based on CT-scanning and image processiflg algorithm showed to be a promising way and attracts wide attention. The latest research progresses on CT-scan based digital image processing technology and macro/meso modeling for concrete were re- viewed, and the key technologies and potential methods in microstructure detection, digital image processing algorithms and multi-scale modeling for concrete were proposed.
