在柴油机油中分别加入不同比例硬脂酸甲酯、油酸甲酯和亚油酸甲酯,通过实验室模拟高温氧化实验,研究了不饱和脂肪酸甲酯对柴油机油氧化诱导期、氧化安定性以及润滑性能的影响。结果表明,与硬脂酸甲酯相比,不饱和脂肪酸甲酯自身较易氧化,并且明显加速了基础油和柴油机油的高温氧化变质,使得柴油机油的氧化诱导期下降更明显,氧化安定性以及抗磨性能变得更差。
Different ratios of methyl stearate, methyl oleate and methyl linoleate were added into diesel engine oil respectively. The effects of unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters on the oxidative induction peri- od, oxidation stability and lubrication performance of diesel engine oil were investigated. The results indi- cated that compared with methyl stearate, unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters were easy to oxidize, and the high temperature oxidative deteriorations of diesel engine oil and base oil were accelerated markedly, so the oxidative induction period of diesel engine oil reduced much more obviously, and its oxidation sta- bility and abrasion resistance became worse.
