英文摘要：

Karst collapse distribution characteristics and cause of shallow overburden type karst area in Datong District,Huainan City were analyzed based on geological survey,drilling,geophysical exploration,etc.The results show that karst collapse of shallow overburden area mainly distributes in the region where structure develops and the silt content is higher.Karst collapse of shallow overburden area is above the Ordovician Majiagou Formation.Karst collapse is obviously controlled by the dissolution degree of the rock,strong groundwater dynamic conditions,thickness and composition of unconsolidated layers,etc.The land use possibility of shallow overburden type karst area in Datong District was then discussed in consideration of the development characteristics of karst collapse and specific geological conditions of site.This study provides a reference for the integrated land development and utilization.
