在合成C掺杂Nb2 O5的基础上,通过引入F-离子合成出具有更高光催化活性的C, F共掺杂Nb2 O5光催化材料,对合成样品进行了分析、表征并测试了其光降解罗丹明B的活性,研究了F-离子对C掺杂Nb2 O5纳米粒子生长及光催化性能的影响。结果表明,在合成过程中引入F-离子能够促进Nb2 O5纳米晶的生长,尤其是沿[001]方向的生长。实验结果还表明, F未进入Nb2 O5纳米晶的晶格内部,而是以F-离子的形式分散在Nb2 O5纳米结构中,通过促进Nb2 O5表面·OH自由基的产生,起到提高合成样品光催化活性的作用。
C and F co-doped Nb2 O5 photocatalysts were prepared by introducing F- ions to C-doped Nb2 O5 . The effects of F-ions on the growth and photocatalytic activity of Nb2 O5 nanocrystals were studied. The synthe-sized samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption, XPS, UV-Vis and photo-degradation of RhB. The experimental results indicate that the F-ions can promote the growth of Nb2 O5 nano-crystals, especially along the direction of [001]. The results also show that the F- ions are not incorporated into the lattice of Nb2 O5 by occupying the O atoms, but physically adsorbed on the surface of Nb2 O5 nanocrys-tals. The fluorination over the surface of C-doped Nb2 O5 can enhance the generation of free · OH radicals thus accelerate the photocatalytic reaction.
