英文摘要：

The construction of a new, socialist countryside cannot be successful without the active participation of peasants. The main purpose of this paper is to present a tool that will allow leaders to verify the degree of peasant involvement in rural affairs. We developed an index system that measures the degree of collective social correlation. To verify its practicality and effectiveness, we tested seven administrative villages in Juyuan township of Daowai District, Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang province in Northeastern China. The importance of the influencing factors was ranked based on the coupled RAGA- PPC model. The results were verified using the grey relation projection method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the entropy-weight coefficient method, etc. The results indicate the feasibility of our coupled RAGA-PPC model.
