We describe Blackett＇ s life and review him as a mentor for two Chinese physicists Hu Qianshan and Zhu Hongyuan , at the same time restores Blackett visited to China as the representative of The Royal Society. We also reflects the communication between British physicists and Chinese physicists in the first half of the 20th century.
