生物可降解络合剂[S,S]-乙二胺二琥珀酸改性蛭石和活性炭及其对Fe(Ⅱ)的吸附性能

介孔炭是吸附材料中孔利用率较高的一种材料,其结构不同对污染物的吸附能力也不相同.该文通过改变模板剂与碳源质量比的方法制备出不同孔径分布的介孔炭材料,从而实现污染物的高效去除.同时研究了合成材料对罗丹明B、亚甲基蓝和活性艳红等目标污染物的染料溶液的吸附性能.实验采用挥发自组装的方法合成介孔炭材料,采用扫描电子显微镜以及氮气吸—脱附实验对介孔材料进行了分析,并通过控制溶液的p H、温度以及反应时间研究合成介孔炭材料对目标污染物的吸附影响.结果表明,介孔炭材料具有有序介孔结构,孔径在1.286~3.008 nm范围内可调控,并且孔径分布最均匀的介孔炭对不同的染料的饱和吸附量在15.55~24.83 mg/g之间变化,不同孔径分布的介孔炭对相同的染料的饱和吸附量在8.75~24.83 mg/g之间变化,合成材料表现出了较好的选择吸附能力.

Mesoporous carbon is a material with a highly-utilized rate of holes in adsorption materials.Because of the different structures,mesoporous carbon's adsorption ability is not the same for different pollutants.In this study,the mass ratio of the revised template and carbon source was changed by the method of controlling the aperture of the ordered mesoporous carbon so as to realize the efficient removal of pollutants.The study describes the adsorption behavior of dyes such as rhodamine B,methylthionine chloride and reactive red from aqueous solution using the ordered mesoporous carbon in different pore size distribution.The ordered mesoporous carbon was synthesized with the evaporation induced self-assembly method and employed to evaluate the effects of the contact time,p H and the temperature on the removal of dye solution in batch experiments.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and N2adsorption-desorption.The analysis reveals that the mesoporous carbons had the ordered structure,which was controlled within the scope of 1.286 to 3.008 nm.The experimental results indicated the best ordered mesoporous carbon showed significant differences in the adsorption of different dyes,such as saturated adsorption amount(qe),ranging from 15.55 mg/g to 24.83 mg/g,and the ordered mesoporous carbon in different pore size distribution showed differences in the adsorption of the same dyes,such as saturated adsorption amount(qe),ranging from 8.75 mg/g to 24.83 mg/g.They were provided with an excellent selective adsorption.
