采用价格低廉的石油焦细焦粉为原料,无烟煤、木炭、复合木炭颗粒和A原料为辅助原料,煤沥青为黏结剂,经配料、混捏、成型、焙烧等工艺,成功制备了成本低、理化性能良好的铝电解用预焙阳极样品。测试了不同配方制得的预焙阳极样品的体积密度、灰分含量、真密度、电阻率、抗压强度以及空气反应性,并通过SEM对其微观组织形貌进行了分析。结果表明,二次料可作为预焙阳极生产的优质原料,其他非石油焦原料部分替代煅烧石油焦制备性能良好的预焙阳极是可行的。阳极样品4的综合性能最好,其相关指标基本达到了阳极质量标准YS/T 285—2007。
Using the lowcost fuel grade petroleum coke as the main material,anth racite,charcoal and compound charcoal particle as auxiliary raw materials,and coal pitch as binder,the lowcost prebaked anode with good chemical and physical properties used for electrolytic aluminum was produced successfully.This proce ss involved the following steps: mixing,kneading,shaping and baking.We tested the bulk density,ash content,true density,resistivity,compressive strength and air reactivity of prebaked anode samples with different formulas.The micros tructures and morphologies were analyzed by SEM.The result showed that calcined coke fines can be as the high-quality material for prebaked anode,and prebake d anode can be produced by other materials to partly replace the calcined coke. The fourth sample possesses the best comprehensive performance and its main indi cators have reached the standard YS/T 285—2007.
