读者满意是高校图书馆建设的重要目标之一。建立一个科学、合理的学生满意测评体系有利于工作评价和发现问题。通过对武汉、北京、广州、南京、西安5个城市的10所高等院校的抽丰{调研．对图书馆的各项指标在重要度和满意度两个方面进行了评价分析，并通过因子分析和权重剥算。确定出一个客观、可靠、可操作性强的学生满意度评价模型。

Readers＇ satisfaction with the University Library building is one of the important goals. The establishment of a scientific and rational student satisfaction survey system is conducive to job evaluation and identify problems. Though surveying in 10 colleges of Wuhan, Beijing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xi＇an five cities, the evaluation of various indicators of the library in an important and satisfaction two aspects, and through analysis and weighting factor calculated, we determine an objective, reliable, is workable student satisfaction evaluation model.
