本文借鉴社会技术系统理论,从环境子系统、技术子系统和社会子系统三个方面总结出影响远程工作实施的各风险因素,并据此提出远程工作推广实施的五力模型。最后,从社会层面、组织层面和个人层面针对性地提出了克服远程工作困境的对策。
With reference of socio-technical system theory, article puts forward risk factors which may be influential in implementing telework. Since these factors are distributed in environmental, technological and social sub-systems, a five-force model is proposed with the purpose of promoting telework. What' s more, at the social level, the organizational level and the individual level, countermeasures are suggested to address plights in telework
