以高岭土颗粒为载体,用TiCl4水解法制备出TiO2/高岭土负载型催化剂,以XRD、TG—DTA方法对所制备的催化剂进行了表征.以草酸为目标降解物考察了催化剂的光催化活性,结果表明所制得的TiO2/高岭土负载型催化剂具有较高的光催化活性.探讨了煅烧温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等条件对催化剂光催化活性的影响.
TiO-2/kaolin photocatalyst is prepared from kaolin particles through titanic chloride hydrolysis and its structure characterization is carried out by use of XRD and TG-DTA techniques. Anatase titanium oxide is loaded on kaolin by means of XRD technique. TG-DTA curves indicate that TiO-2 obtained will transform from amorphous phase to anatase phase at about 40℃. The evaluation of photocatalytic activities is made by producing a photocatalytic reaction of oxalic acid. Results show that the said catalyst has high photocatalytic activities, Further, effects of some factors, such as calcinations temperature, amount of catalyst and reaction time, on the photocatalytic activities are studied.
