虚拟团队是一种全新的组织模式,有着传统团队无法比拟的优势。虚拟团队的成功,不能忽视其管理当中出现的伦理问题。本文分析虚拟团队管理中存在的伦理问题,提出相应的应对策略,并展望该领域的未来研究方向。
Virtual team is a new organizational mode, having some advantages that the traditional team is beyond comparison. To be successful, the management of virtual team can not neglect ethical issues. This paper analyzes ethical problems exist in the management of virtual team, then advocates corresponding coping strategies, at last we propose the future research direction in this field of study.
