为了研究高温对沙漠砂高强混凝土抗压强度影响,保持砂率不变,通过设计正交试验,利用浇水冷却方式,进行水胶比、沙漠砂替代率和粉煤灰掺量不同沙漠砂高强混凝土高温后抗压强度试验,分析高温对沙漠砂高强混凝土抗压强度和强度剩余率影响规律。通过对高温后沙漠砂高强混凝土强度剩余率进行分析,给出沙漠砂高强混凝土最佳配合比为水胶比0.28,粉煤灰掺量20%,沙漠砂替代率50%。
Under the condition that the sand ratio being constant, the orthogonal experiment was designed to research on the influence of water-binder ratio, desert sand replacement rate and fly ash content on the compressive strength of high strength desert sand concrete after high temperatures in the way of water cooling.By means of range analysis on the rate of residual strength of high strength desert sand concrete after high temperatures, the optimum mix ratio of high strength desert sand concrete is that water-binder ratio, fly ash content and desert sand replacement rate are 0.28,20% and 50%, which provides guidance for the engineering application of desert sand.
