骨骼是肿瘤转移的常见部位，癌细胞定植于骨组织的特定部位一造血干细胞龛（HSC龛），之后进入休眠状态，在适宜条件下进入分裂期进行增殖形成骨转移灶。本文对国内外关于干细胞龛和癌细胞之间相互作用的研究做一综述。

英文摘要：

Bone is a common site of tumor metastasis. Disseminated cancer cells （DTCs）engraft in specific areas of the hone tissue -the hematopoietic stem cell niche（ HSC niche） ,and then enter a dormant state. Under the appropri- ate condition, DTCs can access to mitosis phase, forming bone metastases by proliferation. In this article,we review the existing understanding both at home and abroad about the interaction between the stem cell niche and cancer cells.
