通过建立等效噪音源模型分析了SOA的ASE噪音对基于SOA—DI的全光自同步时钟提取装置性能的影响,给出了数学模型并进行了数值理论仿真.仿真结果表明,与不考虑噪音的情况相比,其它参量一定时,随着DI延迟时间减小到某一定值,装置的消光比(CR)不再增加而是急剧减小.在仿真结果基础上,通过设计不同参量值可以抵消噪音的影响,优化系统性能.
The impact of ASE noise on the SOA-DI synchronization clock extraction scheme is discussed by introducing a method of equivalent noise source, giving a theoretical model and doing numerical simulation. The simulation result shows that compared with the situation of excluding the impact of ASE,if other parameters are fixed,when the postpone of DI diminishes to certain value,CR descends rapidly instead of increasing. On the basis of the result, the system perfomance could be improved by optimizing the parameters to counteract the noise.
