液压柱塞泵有磨损、疲劳和老化三种典型失效模式,以航空恒压变量液压柱塞泵为对象,介绍其典型失效模式及加速方法,以及各故障模式的外在表现。基于磨损、疲劳、老化失效相关寿命模型,分别分析了不同故障模式的敏感应力。然后,分别阐述了开展加速寿命试验常用的加速手段,包括增加栽荷(转速、输出压力、排量)和劣化运行环境(温度、介质污染度)两种方式,对比分析了各种加速方式的优点和局限性。最后总结了开展加速寿命试验的一些基本准则。
Wear, fatigue, and thermal aging are three typical failure modes of the pump. A typical axial hydraulic pump utilized in the aircraft is selected as the study case to present the normal failure modes and accelerated life- time test (ALT) methods. Components related with the three typical failures are firstly introduced. According to the classical models on wear, fatigue, and thermal aging, sensitive stresses are analyzed. Then, some common stresses, such as rotation speed, outlet pressure, displacement, temperature, contamination, and so on, applied on the pump in the accelerated lifetime test are presented. The advantages and shortcomings are compared respective- ly. Finally, some specifications on ALT of hydraulic pump are summarized.
