为改变当前国内落后的煤矿安全监控技术现状,解决煤矿安全监控中遇到的困难,提出利用无线传感器网络在煤矿安全监控中的优势,并结合Linuxsocket便捷、安全、高效的特点设计煤矿无线监控系统;选用ZIGBEE传输系统作为硬件平台,完成面向煤矿安全监控的多功能便携式无线传感器节点设计和基站传感器节点设计;上位机采用Linux操作系统的Socket技术,把数据送人主控站点计算机,并生成图表完成系统数据统计和监控;彻底解决了传统RFID监控技术通信距离受限瓶颈、数据离散不直观、无法为分析员提供分析依据等一系列技术难题,具有一定的创新性和实用性,对研究煤矿安全生产数据收集新方案具有重要意义。
It proposes a method which changes the current domestic backward technology status of coal mine safety monitoring, and solves difficulties and problems in coal mine safety monitoring using the advantages of wireless sensor networks in the coal mine safety monitoring, combining with the features of Linux socket~ s convenient, safe and efficient to. Using ZIGBEE transmission system as a hardware platform, it designs the multi--functional portable wireless sensor nodes for coal mine safety monitoring and the base station sensor nodes. PC uses Socket technology of Linux operating system, sends data into the master site computer, and generates charts to complete system sta- tistics and monitoring. It completely solves a series of technical problems as the bottleneck that conventional RFID monitoring communication distance is limited, not intuitive discrete data which is difficult to provide analysis basis for analysts. The method proposed in this paper has some innovative and practical, and also has important significance for studying for new programs of coal mine safety data collection.
